Twenty-four hours from now, I’ll be running a marathon (at least that’s the plan). Other than the fact that I’m not feeling entirely confident, I don’t have a lot more to say about it, but I wanted to give you a last chance to give me marathon advice so you can take partial credit in my success/failure if you want. One thing I’ve learned about training for a marathon is that people love to give you advice about running marathons. Which is good, because I love hearing it.
I’ll report back soon, and might even do some tweeting up on the mountain tomorrow.
Miles run this week: 7

gooooood luuuuuuck!!!
Sleep 1 hour for every 2 miles you plan on running… preferably beforehand, but feel free to take breaks.
Also the Google verification word was “loser.” Hard not to take that as a bad omen.
Run really fast! But not so fast that you can’t run the whole way. This advice brought to you by Haylie Swenson. Always more where that came from.
